Legacy
In 1996, Jeff Martin founded Martin Building Group with a clear mission: to pursue craftsmanship and fine homebuilding across Northwest Arkansas. Over the past 30 years, the company has built a reputation for thoughtful design, quality construction, and a commitment to creating lasting homes, communities, and relationships.
Building on that legacy, Martin Development Group was formed as the dedicated development arm of the business. Launched in partnership between Jeff and his son, McKane, the company brings a complete, end-to-end approach to development: ranging from land acquisition and planning to design and vertical construction to seamless and well-executed projects.
Together, Martin Building Group and Martin Development Group reflect two generations of experience and vision with a single purpose: to create synergy in planning, design and building new places that serve our community well.
Approach
At Martin Building Group, we stand apart by approaching our projects and our client’s projects from a stewardship perspective. Identifying from the start how we can best serve a landowner, investor, or neighborhood best. With strategic infill development, finding the highest and best use for each project is crucial for a client’s return, project’s sustainability, the neighborhood’s character, and the project’s impact on the community.
Site Selection
We source and evaluate sites for both internal and external developments to ensure excellent community placing, financial feasibility, and long-term stewardship.
Planning & Design
We partner with developers to shape ideas into a design narrative. Balancing the nuances between building codes and costs associated with design. We help coordinate land planning, architects, engineers, and landscape design to ensure the project is being executed to achieve the greatest value.
Construction
Martin Building Group serves as a GC and Builder, leading execution of schedule, cost, and quality translating design intent into quality craftsmanship.
Delivery
We bring projects to market. From property branding to for sale marking strategies or transitioning to long-term property management. Our team is focused on making impact.
